1. Tenancy Agreement

All vehicle rentals booked with Havant are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. This agreement contains specific terms, conditions, insurance details, applicable charges, and your responsibilities for the particular rental. If any conflict arises between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

2. Havant Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Havant, you must:

Be at least 21 years old (age restrictions may vary by vehicle type; additional charges may apply for drivers under 25). Hold a full, valid driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement. Provide acceptable photographic identification and proof of address as required when collecting the vehicle in Havant.

3. Reservations and Payments

Bookings may be made online, by phone, or in person at our Havant branch. A booking deposit might be requested to confirm your reservation. Final payment and a security deposit are normally payable when you collect the vehicle. All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Vehicle Collection and Return — Havant

When collecting a vehicle from Havant you must inspect it thoroughly and report any existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and a Havant representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. 6. Cancellation and Amendments

Havant's cancellation and amendment policies vary by booking type and notice period. Please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement for specific details. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.

7. Prohibited Uses on Havant

You must not use a Havant vehicle for:

Using a Havant vehicle for any illegal purpose or activity. Taking part in racing, rallying, off-roading or other hazardous activities. Transporting hazardous or dangerous materials. Sub-letting the vehicle to third parties or permitting unauthorised drivers. Operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Use for purposes for which the vehicle is not intended...

Violating these restrictions in Havant may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Havant

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Havant will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services that gave rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing Law (Havant)

These Terms for Havant are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
